I want to update to 10.3.3 and was able to copy my system folders to my SD card. Now, I need to delete multiple files within the folders on my device to make room for the update. How do I delete multiple files without being relegated to selecting 100s of files manually using "select more?" I don't want to do a security wipe. Thanks.

Select the folder itself if you want to 'select all'
Otherwise connect to a pc and do it from there.

Plug your device into your computer, fire up Link, or just open the shared drive in your file explorer...log in, if needed...and then select, sweep or drag your selections just as you would if this was on your computer.

If you're using a classic then all you have to do is push and hold shift while scrolling the trackpad.

I'd assume the capacative keyboard of a Passport would do something similar.

I removed my SD card and used BlackBerry Link to access the system folders, documents, camera, etc and used command + A to select all and deleted it from Link. At first it seemed like it didn't work but then I looked in the File Manager folder on my phone and noticed the files were being deleted when it went from 1278 to 600 something. I have a Passport and use a Macbook. It takes some time to delete. Thanks for your help.

On the Passport, the keyboard lets you scroll down but I can't scroll down and select at the same time. That's cool the Classic let's you do that.
