I am not finding answers, do I need to just replace my SIM card?
Some threads say its a carrier issue, however, others say when they delete messages then the error message goes away...this is where I did some digging as follows :

BB Hub -> ... -> Settings -> Text Messages, but under SMS there is no 'Save Messages to SIM' which is suggested turning off.

    I have a Z30 that I upgraded to from a Z10 running Software Release 10.3.2.2226 (OS 10.3.2.2339)

Any suggestions would be great, I made sure I have 0 contacts stored on the SIM, just want to make sure I am not storing on my SIM.

NOTE: I notice this when someone leaves a VM on my phone, but I only had 1 VM, none saved.

Error popped again, got a screen shot

SIM Full - SIM is now full and cannot store additional messages. Please delete messages from SIM.

    What error?

Messages, by default, are not set to be saved on SIM card. In fact, pretty sure that setting was entirely removed after OS 10.1. The only thing you can save to SIM cards now is contacts. - http://help.blackberry.com/en/blackb...200542334.html

So I know now 100% this is an issue with VM messages.

When you receive a voicemail, at least with my carrier, a msg is sent to the phone as well to notify you of the voicemail on their 'server' (for lack of technical terms). I noticed since BB 10, Blackberry doesn't seem to handle these type of messages properly as I know on previous devices (BB OS7 and Android and iOS, used all of them) I would get a notification in the form of a message for new VM's.
