My BBm is messing up grinds that are bbming me are not popping up where they should and its showing double of the same contact under chats can aye deleat BBm off my z10 and reinstall it?

I had some trouble with my bbm when i first signed in...
I wasn't receiving any messages and double contacts as well...

I tried to sign in on the old phone again then in again... reboots.. battery pulls... everything.

However, i was able to fix it by copying all my contacts' pins, then deleting everyone and deleting all categories.
And manually re-adding everyone again.
Then making them into new categories.

A bit inconvenient ( actually very inconvenient) but i only had like 50 contacts so it wasn't that hard.

Ah thanks for your help a have 150 so will take a while I no if delete BBm and reinstall it to phone it will ask me to singe in to my bb I'd and get contacts back that way so what aye want to no is there any way to delete BBm of my z10 and reinstall it?

Well i haven't heard of one, but you can sign in on your old blackberry, and it will sign you out of the z10.
Give it a go.
