    let me simplify this, how do i backup my 9900 and get my z10 going? will the z10 work with desktop manager?

    Am hopefully getting my Z10 delivered this morning and will be switching from a BB 9900.

    So i'll let you know later.

    Oh also they mention BlackBerry Link.
    BUT you use Device Switch for OS 7.0 and above...and BlackBerry link for OS 6 and below....
    However just watch everything.

    Lots of steps in this whole website. Just watch.
