I really have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to this.
I would like to know how to set up or where to look on my Windows 7 computer for:
Profile Name, Server Address, Gateway Type etc like in the pictures.

You'd be best off finding out more about what a VPN is, why you would need to set one up and how to set one up -

EDIT: Using D-link router with it is soo much more confusing the linksys/netgear

Unless i'm mistaken bb10 does not support any home/consumer grade VPN (openvpn, pptp, etc) only like business/enterprise stuff. So unless you have something better than your average Joe I don't think it'll work.

You are not mistaken. There are a number of IPSec providers that can provide a VPN tunnel out of an open Wi-Fi or hostile country that work with BB10. Cisco also sells some SOHO class routers that support IPSEC, but to date OpenVPN is not an option.

Ahh that would be sweet if they made an Open VPN for at home

Or for work. I prefer OpenVPN over IPSec for many many reasons. The fact that I could tunnel to my $30 router at home is just one of them. Almost every platform supports OpenVPN.

I asked Clewley specifically if BB was going to support OpenVPN and he said they certainly have a lot to do with VPNs. Could mean anything...

I just ran to check VPN configuration on my Z10 with the 10.2 leak ... and ... still not there <sigh>

It shouldn't be to difficult OpenVPN is supported on QNX, may be they have to jump through some crypto export hoops.

Thanks for trying! I was really hoping 10.2 might address the lack of openvpn...

Good luck with that, I really hope you get it working and post back if you do. Unfortunately IPSEC is way more complicated to set up than OpenVPN.
