I once tried loading a leak on my Passport (this doesn't have anything to do with the new 10.3.1) by a destructive method. The whole thing didn't go too well, so I ended up reverting to the original version, this time a non-destructive method.

The problem is, file manager had a connection with iPad (which doesn't really do anything, since, as far as I can tell, you can't access iPad's file system in this manner - I think this wouldn't be a complete impossibility if someone in the Cydia community were to make something that would allow access to iOS file system from BB10, but as far as I know no such tweak exists - this is just there as a by-product of connecting to Blend on iPad, I think), and when I reverted to the original version of the OS, the OS thought the same iPad was a different device and created a new connection to it.
So now, I have two iPad locations showing up on my file manager. One is labeled "iPad", and when I click on it, I get a dialogue popup saying:

    Folder Unavailable

    Invalid argument.

The other one is labeled iPad-2 (offline) and when I click on that one, I get the following popup:

Cannot connect to "iPad-2". Make sure that "iPad-2" is turned on and connected to the Internet. You can also check your settings or search the Help for more troubleshooting tips.

    Edit Settings/OK.

So, this "iPad-2 (offline)" is the current real connection to my iPad, which, although it doesn't let me access the iPad file system, is there so I can use Blend.

But the first one looks like a leftover from before the OS downgrade. Is there a way to cleanse this without doing another destructive installation? This is a work device, and once I do a destructive install, I would have to take it to the IT guys at my company to get the company email on it, which I am loathe to do.

Just to pre-empt, no, it cannot be removed from the Device Connections menu in the Settings, since it doesn't show up there. I CAN remove iPad-2 connection, (which will render Blend unusable on the iPad) but not the one that gives me "invalid argument" error in file manager. I also tried engineering mode. I confess I don't know how to use it properly, but it didn't seem like there was anything that would help me.
