    After loading FB on my new BlackBerry Classic, my calendar is dotted with birthday notifications.

    I realize there are people who actually want this, but I haven't seen anything to help me remove birthday notifications.

    At root something is not working with the Facebook notification settings. I have birthday notifications clearly deselected.

    Furthermore, while troubleshooting I've deselected all FB calendar events entirely from my BB calendar app and yet I'm still seeing birthdays.

    Has anyone figured this out? Thanks in advance.

    Go to settings , accounts - Facebook uncheck events and save, birthdays should no longer be on your calendar. It works for me. BlackBerry Z10 STL100-3/10.3.1.2267
