How do I remove the device password?

Hi !

I'm here because i've a little problem with my Q10. I've added a new mail account today and during the process, my Q10 asked me to put a device password, so I did it.
But unfortunately, now, I can't remove it (and I hate to have a pw on my phone). Do u have any idea ?

I've tried to turn on/off dev mod, it doesn't change anything.

You can't have that email without a password. The administrator set it for security. Common business practice.

It's a result of the email account that you added.

It is a work email. About exchange i don't know, i've just add the mail and the phone did everything else

So, if it is because of the mail account, is there anyway to delete pw or i can't have a pro mail without pw ?

It's not , it's the reality of workplace security. Easily solved, by instead saying "Would you like fries with that?"

So, it has been made by the administrator of my work right ? Damn, I'm just a hotel receptionnist. Someone will probably hack my phone to know our occupation rate for this winter

LMAO, it's a blanket policy. Everyone from housekeeper to CEO with an email would have it.

Can you turn on simple/picture password? If you do use picture password be sure as heck you write that password down!!!
