I am trying to install the KIJIJI app.
It goes through the whole installation and then tells me if cant work because my phone needs "google play services".

I have both snap and amazon stores installed on my phone.

I have a z10 with the latest OS.

How do I work around this?

Wrong. It's not tricking it. Play Services is fully usable with my fix.

I installed everything in order on that posting. But I think there is a problem.

Play Store installed and worked. And when I launched it asked to update 3 apps that I had on from using Snap.
It updated Google Maps (the snap version that worked perfect)... now the new version doesn't work. It opens, but doesn't show maps, just my location on a white page with no information.

And when I downloaded kijiji it still gave me the msg in the image attached.

The other image is all the google stuff I installed from your posting.
Have I missed something? I'm confused as to what to try next. No google maps wont work properly and that's so important!

I read that some apps would have to be patched, google maps as on that list, so I was expecting that. But kijiji was not on that list, I assumed that one would not have to be patched.

So if I patch each app I am on track? That's what I'm missing?

If the app doesn't install then patch it and Whitelist it. I Whitelist all, even if it isn't needed. Even apps that install but will not run correctly will need to be patched. Reread the first post and the other threads by Cobalt.
And before you ask, if you want Snapchat, it will not work....period. Blame the developers for that.

I have zero interest in Snapchat, but did read that the developers blocked it.

I got it all working.
