How do I place a word doc on the home page (along the list of apps)?

We have BlackBerry Hub, Phone, Pictures, etc. in the app list in the home page.

Can I put a Word to go file among those apps in one of the home pages?

I think there's an app for that, called shortcuts or something. Look into BlackBerry world and read the descriptions

Yes you can, an word, excel or pdf document, you need to download from BBY world the app calling ''Document shortcut''.
I am always using it, works great !

I use an app called Easy Home. Works great.
