Am Using a Q10 with os 10.2.1.3062 and when I check for update, it's will show me that my os is up to date. Can someone please tell me what to do. My 10.2.1.3062 is an autoloader vision

There's nothing you can do other then wait for your carrier to push the 10.3.1 update.
Try plugging your phone to your computer, open link and click on "soft awe update" and see if it prompts you to update to 10.3.1, if it doesn't then wait till your carrier pushes the update.
