    After backing up my z10 on BlackBerry link for mac there isn't an option to eject the device? Can anyone help? The problem is once I've backed up the phone I pull the cord out and link says the z10 has never been backed up??

    I've been wondering this exact thing to, I usually just unplug it, but know that can harm the device.

    BlackBerry Link on Mac is buggy. I connect by USB cable. Selecting Sign In at top right turns on connect by Wi-Fi which cannot be canceled. As for disconnecting
    Z10, look on Mac Finder window to see if cell is shown connected; if it is then click on arrow to disconnect.
