I had problems finding the answer while searching. When I share a photo, my Q10 running 10.2.1 has suggested contacts. Is there anyway to clear this or remove individual numbers from here? The numbers are not saved contacts. They were just numbers that won't be used again.

In Z10STL100-2/10.3.1.1151 you do have that option. I'm not sure if 10.3 have this.
Edit: I believe it is for email suggestions only.

Blocking is a workaround, and in no way an acceptable solution.
Same with contacts suggested when you're writing an email, a "clear" button isn't hard to implement.
I read somewhere that you can clear it for email
Probably deleting and re-adding the account.
I just posted above that you can do that for email suggestions :|

well that if for restricting to receive an email from a blocked contact only
It works on mine. When I put them on blocked contacts they are not showing as a suggestion.
Just like what the description said. "To block a contact from email suggestions" not to block their emails.
Edit: or are we talking about different suggestions.
