I use a Z10 with the 10.2.1.200 OS. One of my most-used apps is Wallpaper Changer HD. In later OS updates whenever the wallpaper is changed an annoying pop up notification appears. This notification appears whether or not I am using this app. I have already tried going into settings to see where this notification can be disabled, but without success.

Does anyone know how to disable this? I would like to use some of the more recent OS updates like 10.2.1.1055, but not if that pesky popup box will continue to be there whenever the wallpaper is changed.

No there's no fix or workaround yet. It's out of the dev's (Shao) hands for now, but he has requested a fix from BBRY.
I suggested a couple workarounds to him too, so maybe he'll update Wallpaper Changer with one of those.
If you look at the Wallpaper Changer HD thread in the BB10 App Announcements Forum, you can see the issue discussed often in the more recent pages:

Btw, in 10.2.1.1055 you can see a battery percentage on both if you swipe up from bottom bezel but hold your finger there (i.e. don't release), and also on the Lock Screen. It's no SuperBar, but it's a help if you can't stand the constant updates every time Wallpaper Changer updates the SuperBar battery percentage or weather.
