Hey CB community.

Is there anyway to delete the Hub contact prediction history? I can't seem to find anything or figure out how to delete contact prediction history.

Tried HUB reset and delete contacts. Also cleared history.

I am still on 10.2.1 may need to load the leaked autoload.

i have a similar problem



how to remove or edit those suggestions? also i have 2 emails on my bb and some contacts are migrating from one account to another. so contacts that i have in my personal email show up in my work email.

+same problems as op. long time emails from ppl i have no longer in contacts.




as for this one. i;ve composed a mail and by mistake i wrote .comy instead of .com pressed send and received a failure. but now this always shows up and even if i write the correct address. no matter what i do i end up with the incorrect one selected. this is incredible. now i cannot send mails to some important contact because bb auto selects an invalid mail address just because. how to fix this ****? from a "tool" not "toy" this is unacceptable.


i'll have to w8 now for the 10.3 i suppose, and try to figure a way to send an email to the correct address.

Sorry I do not have a solution for you to remove the email suggestion. You can do a back up, wipe ,and restore. You should have all your contacts and history but no weird auto suggestions. I am not 100% sure.I am running 10.3.1.938 and there is no option in menu that I am aware.

If you're on 10.3, do the 4th suggestion.

No further solutions from here, but a similar question, if I may:

I'm on Passport 10.3.1.1154. Up until 1033 I had suggestions, or predictions in the Location line of calendar which I found quite useful. They're no longer being offered now.

Would anybody know if there is a setting, perhaps similar to this email prediction, in or for the calendar app? So far I haven't seen anything.

I really like the contact predictions, but they also badly need customization. BlackBerry needs to allow you to be able to easily edit your predictions. As much as I like the predictions, for some contacts it can be VERY annoying

Thank you SO much! Had given-up on this possibility since 10.3.0.x. Didn't know 10.3.1 gave us the power. Deleting rogue emails and spelling accidents from auto-suggestions AND Blend! Life is good.

I love this option in the Hub. This is a big feature (for me anyways) that separates email on a BlackBerry with everyone else.
