Yeah for some reason, AT&T people are getting band 19. Use the calculator yhamaie linked to in one of the previous posts. It will most likely show band 17. At least that's what it did for the two other people who I know saw band 19 as well.

Would you mind posting the copy of the entire screen in two snap shots? I would like to take a look at EARFCN as well as Band.

It seems to be happening with phones connected to band 17. Here are the numbers someone sent to me:

    EARFCN: 5780
    Band: 19
    (20x20)

We had better report such symptom to ideamailbox@blackberry.com or any other appropriate division of the manufacturer.

Thanks a gazillion. I now know exactly what frequencies my carrier works under. you saved me lots of research and paying for an app that probably would not give me what i needed to know.

    cheers

Just saying, considering the fact that some android apps works on Blackberry 10 phones, have u tried using MTK engineering tool? ON android, that could be used in knowing what 4G bands your phone supports.

The passport seems to prevent me from entering a code on the escreens:// page. The keyboard won't pop up for the numeric characters...
