I think the best bet is to join the BlackBerry Beta Zone, download the BetaZone app, and use the built-in "Submit Feedback" function. If you participate in beta programs, you also have the chance to give input.

Great, thanks for the help. Another thing, do BlackBerry employees usually respond back to such suggestions via BBM Channels? Or have you yourself seen them do so?

Well I haven't seen them respond in BBM Channels, but they do respond in the Beta Zone. Give that a shot...it is actually pretty good.

There is a BetaZone forum as well. I've had responses there. Limited responses in Channels.
