If I reset factory settings will my phone get back to Os 10.2.1?
I couldn't find the factory settings anywhere, where can I find it?

Connect your device to a PC and use BBLINK to reload/restore your OS.

Back up any essential media or files as the process will wipe your device.

Your phone will not go back to a previous OS version. It will just wipe your personal files, settings, and apps of your CURRENT version.

Once on 10.3.2, you can never go back regardless of what you do.
