I have downloaded the leak 10.2.1.1259
it seem that it will reset or clean up my Q5...
i would like to restore the back up file,
but blackberry link need to reset my Q5 and downgrade to 10.2.0....
otherwise, it can connect or something like communicate with my Q5....

Is that mean i must lose the application data if i update my Q5 to 10.2.1.1259??

i downloaded the 10.2.1.1259 OS by computer, which is a .exe file
if i run that exe file, will my Q5 lose the application data?

First off I would download the latest leak, 10.2.1.1925.

Backup your phone first using BlackBerry Link software.

Run the autoloader file you downloaded.

Restore your information using BlackBerry Link.
