Did you back up your device? If not, there's no options to retrieve your data

I don't think you can restore from a backup of a later OS.

    Maybe through Sachesi.

I know for sure you can upgrade again and then restore and downgrade through Sachesi non destructively...

    That will definitely work.

Read here. It can be done, though that far isn't advisable.

If you backed up your device with BB Link you will be able to restore your info. Make sure you're signed into your BB id on your phone before you restore otherwise it won't work.

If you're on 10.2 you will have to use the 10.2 back up. The 10.3 back ups wont work on 10.2.

If you want the 10.2 back up you're going to have to find a 10.2 auto loader (an early edition one) and reflash your phone. After that.... check your software updates to make sure you have the latest 10.2 OS and restore your 10.2 backup with BB Link.

But bro my carrier provides me with an official 10.2.1.3062 why should I go look for an autoloader. Yes I don't want to use my 10.2 backups they're old and I don't need them. I just want u to tell me how can I get the 10.3 backups to work on 10.2 plz help!

To restore after a downgrade, use the method I linked.

I don't suggest doing a security wipe after autoloader OS installation. I know some do, but from my experience it can cause issues, and is otherwise useless. If you want a clean install, use cfp nuke first.

Your android game progress is never restorable. If clash of clans is your priority, never do anything but a nondestructive upgrade/downgrade.

    ????
What do you mean you can't see the bbb file in the link?

Install 7-Zip on your computer locate your backup file that you want to restore.
Right click it and go to 7Zip the extract to "(whatever the name of the backup is)."
Once it's done extracting go into the folder you just created and look for Manifest.xml and open it using notepad or something.
Look for the part that says "version=(whatever version the OS was when backup was made)" or something similar.
Change that version number to whatever version you are currently on.
    Save and close the file.

Back in the folder select all of the files and right click, then 7Zip, " add to (whatever the name of the backup is)."

Once that finishes change the ".zip" at the end of the file to ".bbb"

Then you should be able to restore using that backup.
