I've been having issues with Zoho exchange account since first 10.3.x leak.

I can add Exchange account, select what to sync (mail, contacts, calendars...).

And that's basically all. When set up:
    - mail is empty (can't sync folders because there are no folders in Hub or in settings to choose)
    - can't send email
    - contacs don't sync
    - calendar sync is not working.

To sum up this - Exchange account is not working at all on BB (Q10, Q5 and Passport/ different 10.3.0 - 10.3.2 version). However, it works fine on iOS, on Android (samsung mail app, Outlook), PC, Mac...

I contacted Zoho support and they told me that they see connections from all devices except BB in their logs.

    IMAP/POP is not solution though.

I have 2 accounts set up on ZoHo and have not noticed this happening to either of them.

Do you have any special settings enabled? I have Exchange enabled (of course) + list of whitelisted users for Exchange.

These settings are sufficient for all devices and BB running 10.2.x but not for 10.3.x.

Have you tried setting up the account on your BlackBerry , saving it and then let it alone for a while? It may need some time to sync up with zoho server. I have a zoho account and that seemed to work for me after I first set it up on my Z30.

Yes, I tried that, even whole night but at the end, result was same - account added succefully, shown in Hub and empty.

This is for sure BB issue but I don't know what to do to fix it.

Is your email provider using TLSv1.2 only? Than probably it would not work.

I have same issue with ActiveSync.
I modified my server to accept TLSv1.2 only. But my Z10 stop syncing without an error.
So if the server accept TLSv1.0 then is it fine.
