I have a BlackBerry z30 and it does not seem to be able to leave a visual notification when someone has left me a voicemail. I am with Vodafone u.k and I can't find any options in settings to change this. I get the missed call highlight but nothing stating a voicemail has been left.

I'm not sure how the Vodafone app works, but perhaps they choose to use their Android app and port it, rather than make a native BB 10 app and as such you can not get notifications with it? You might need to check with them about it to be sure. I use this thing called youmail. Visual Voicemail For Your Phone | YouMail which sends me a text or email (I choose email) when I get a voicemail, and it has the voicemail attached! It's free unless you need excessive space, or you want special features like transcription. That is they will send you a written text or email of the voicemail.
