Just got my Z10 a few days ago and am completely amazed by this phone. One small problem I have is with voicemail to email. Now when voicemail from my land line forwards to email I can't open the wav file attachments on the Z10.

On my computer the attachments will have a name like 18502.wav but on my BlackBerry it is converted to an ATT001 file and when you select it you get an error: No viewer available for 'ATT001'.

Anybody have any suggestions? It worked fine on my 9810.

My land line is with BellAlliant and so is my cellphone. Hope this is the right place to post. I posted in the Bell Canada forum and got not responses. Talked to Bell. They forwarded mr to RIM. RIM back to Bell and they suggested Visual Voicemail. That's not the solution IMHO.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You might try Youmail. HOWEVER I believe they convert the voicemails to mp3 files.

My work email is using "Smarter Mail" so I think it may be an issue with them. Interestingly when I have the phone company forward the voicemails to my Gmail account it works fine.
