I have a Z10; while working at my office desk, I charge it by connecting it to a USB cable from my computer. Unfortunately, this means that, about every 5 minutes, I get a PAIR of pop-ups from Windows asking for me to enter the password for my Blackberry (one for the onboard storage, and one for the SIM card).

Now I *NEVER*, *EVER*, E-V-E-R want my Blackberry to connect to the computer via USB OTHER than to recharge.

Seriously, ENN-EEE-VEE-EEE-ARRR - *N-E-V-E-R*

So what I'm asking for is if there's some configuration option that I can set to prevent this freaking thing from interrupting me every 5 damn minutes throughout the day for something that I DO NOT EVER want it to do? It's seriously killing my productivity not to mention *really* pissing me off...

Either do as Dave suggested above, or PLUG THE DANG THING INTO THE WALL OUTLET TO CHARGE IT. You're welcome.

Buy a USB cable which is not capable of data transition. Or just change the setup to charge only.

Just as an addition, if you look around you can find USB charging only cables which only have the two connections necessary for charging and not the rest that are designed for the data transfer capability. I have one that came with an external battery pack (uses 4AA batteries) and discovered that by accident. I plugged it in thinking it would be a typical USB cable and nope, it only allows for charging specifically. Here's one I found at Amazon (disclaimer: I am not an affiliate of any kind so it's not some money-making link, just one to the product page at Amazon):
