Hey everyone, apologies if this question has already been asked but I can't seem to find it.
I have been having issues downloading the new OS for my Q10 - every time it gets to about 11% it says there is a network error and to try again. I've tried again and again through various methods - using BlackBerry Link, the web autoloader and on my phone.
I'm trying to download version 10.3.1.1779.
I know it might also just be my network connection - I live in western Kenya using Safaricom. However I when I accessed a stable wi-fi connection the error was the same.
Has anyone else had this issue?
    Thanks! Asante Sana

This sounds strange. If pushed by your carrier, OS update of this size usually can only be downloaded through WiFi, not directly through your phone's data connection.

Have you ever been able to download anything bigger than 100mb? Have you contacted your carrier and your WiFi Internet service provider? They would be your best sources for resolution.

Try using the following autoloader that is available for your BlackBerry Q10 from here: https://mega.co.nz/#!wxhBSAbS!-QXrrg...E3X5DDMfAlESG4 (OS 10.3.1.2726).

I have this kind of problem on my Q5. Whole procedure gets stuck at approximately 63 % of instalation (its download can be finished by either mobile data and wi-fi, tried that - download itself has 61 MB), after a while it gives me an error.
My carrier is O2 Czech Republic (but my phone is not locked) and I am running leaked 10.3.1.1581, my phone and Link want me to upgrade to .1779.

I reckon I should update via autoloader so I am downloading .2708 now, but still - it sucks even though I think the problem is in the leaked OS.

Mine I updated by creating a WiFi through my Orange EVDO modem in kenya. Safaricom is usually stronger where they have 3G. I don't know what could be the problem but certainly it's network issues
