Can anyone tell me how can I make my BB 10.3.2.798 Nuked or Bricked? Is there a way to do so? If so please tell me because I want to downgrade to 10.2.1 using an autoloader. The new updates are not fixing the issues. Still delay and lag in the Dialer.

I'm not sure that would work but you could try using an autoloader and pulling the plug before it's done.

I think pouring Mountain Dew on it might work. Secondly, you could try to put it in your washing machine and run a full cycle. If all else fails, try throwing it in the air as high as you can and let it hit the ground. It should be bricked afterward.

I've seen a lot of people asking for ways to downgrade.... never seen an answer other than it can't be done.

Dropping it in some cement might brick it. Try it and let us know if it worked.

There is no known tool or technique, whether on purpose or by accident, that can clear the blacklist out of NVRAM.

Unfortunately you're stuck on the best OS BlackBerry has every produced.

Definitely start loading an OS with an Autoloader, then unplug the USB mid-install. Once that happens, you will get the flashing red LED and device will not start up. Connect the device to a PC with BB Link to reinstall the OS from there.

You could always do a SIC Wipe. That will brick it just fine and give you a -0006 error which is a device security wipe failed.

SIC Wipe will definitely get you to where you want to be. Then use BlackBerry Link to install official OS from your carrier.

Not sure why you want to brick it first. Just get an autoloader and load it on. I also don't recommend doing a security wipe.

If you are concerned that you can't go back from 10.3.2, unless I'm mistaken the point of no return was 10.3.2.500 so you should be able to go back if you are on an earlier OS.

He wants to get to 10.2.1, SIC (or any other method we have available to us) definitely wont get him there if he is really on 10.3.2.

What build number is that in the OP?

229? I never seen 229. Either as the OS version or as a Software Release number. Even the developer OS is way before that.

Either way, if it's before OS version 500 (and the OP simply mis-typed the number), then it may be possible to load an older OS. The block list didn't kick in until 10.3.2.500.

You may not be able to downgrade. But, you can Nuke with CFP

Then autoload to whatever version on 10.3.2 you want to.

Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade to anything older than 10.3.2.500, due to the blocklist.

Nothing can remove or alter the blocklist - not even doing a wipe with cfp.

Yeah. Once 798 got on your phone, that's it. The block list is written to NVRAM, which can't be re-written without whatever tools BlackBerry has back in their labs. A wipe, a nuking, an autoloader, nothing can do anything with it. And that's the whole point of the kill switch anyway.
