    Can someone help me on how to enable blackberry balance on Z10 ? as per some video's on youtube and BB website it shows how to use it but not how to enable it, since i tried doing it but i cant get to see the balance option on my handset..... Urgent help needed.....

    Pretty sure you need BES 10 to use Balance, are you an enterprise user?
