    Hi. I tried backup BB10 with Link - didnt work, failed. Tried with dbbt - ale failed, it started for a moment, I saw few apps being backuped, but it failed (didnt even make to 1% ). So.. backup with what?

    You don't need to backup. Just make sure your email, calendar, contacts, and notes are synced to the cloud.

    Put the rest of your docs and media on your (unencrypted) SD card.

    Have you tried another cable and USB port btw?

    You're better off starting fresh anyway. Link also backs up and restores device corruption.

    You can also use a third party app like Ultimate Backup.

    But, have you tried changing cables, port, or even computer like I suggested?

    Try to backup apps only and settings, with selective backup in Link, uncheck all other choices and try again.
