AFAIK, you can't. I use an Android app (sideload) to manage my multiple Twitter accounts. I don't use FB, so I can't comment.
Multiple Twitter accounts is only within the Twitter app. Hub can only take one each of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
