When creating a meeting invite from the phone - I also like to add the conf call information - This allows me to just click join now so I dont have to dial all the numbers - I dont see this option when creating a meeting - can someone please help

How did you add the appointment? If you receive an email that has the info / call number, hit the overflow icon (3 little dots), then select Invite To Meeting, the email will be attached to the calendar event. If you DON'T actually want to send an invite to the email addresses auto filled (from original email) select "Don't Send" from the verification screen when you save the appointment.

If the call-in number and access code is on the invitation, the "join now" option will automatically be added. The functionality is built into bb10.

Setting call in info to add to an invitation, like with BBOS mobile conferencing, isn't available yet,but is "coming soon ".

The conference call number setup is back in 10.2. You set it up from the calendar settings.
