    I found out that hotspot doesn't turn on until cellular data is on. Sometimes I don't have cellular data but I still need hotspot for different purposes like connecting to blend on my pc and sharing files through Dukto.
    Does anybody know any method to turn on hotspot without having to enable cellular data?
