Hi guys;

When I try to launch my hotspot - I get an error that says the hotspot could not be started because of a temporary network problem. Trying to activate tethering gives the same. It did work when I first got the phone.

I just read that Rogers now restricts these features with less than 1 gig of service - mine is 500 meg. Do others have the same experience? Is there a fix?

If you are not on the correct plan it will not work. That is something you will have to discuss with your carrier. Also for the temporary issues, try bouncing network connections (turn them off and back on again) as well as a reboot.
