About that plastic token i'm not sure i got it. can you be more specific? is there a tutorial or smthing?
Yes, you can find some photos.

The goal is to push the battery toward the connectors. You can use a piece of paper, but paper change too quickly over time. Plastic is better. The piece must cover a part of the bottom of the battery when you put it with the connectors up, and be place between it and the casing to push the battery to the top and be sure that both connectors (from the battery and the casing) touch each other well. I saw someone using several layer of electric tape and another cutting a plastic card to do so.

Ok, I'm sure you have guess that English is not my native language, but I hope my description is clearer now

Do you have solved this problem? i have tis too. when i take out the sim card ,the battery works well.

i think it is related to the cell singal .

switch network modle to the 2G+3G and take out the battery for 20 minutes then pull it back 。i solved it for few hours but it comes back again.

    Forgive my poor english.

Remember that these percentages are computed as a all. So the 53%System and 12%PIM are ok on a 48h analysis.

That said you're killing your battery Issues can happen the way you're charging your phone... And on which Leak are you ? There are reports of fast battery draining with some of them. Stick to the 10.3.1.1154 if you can. But know this : These leaks are not for your Q10, you can expect to have a better battery life with the last official OS.

Yours is a very strange case.

Normally a reload would fix most problems especially if the phone doesnt have any other apps installed other than what the OS came preinstalled with.

Are you saying that even with a fresh brand new install/reload with no added apps your phone is still draining after 8 hours?

Can you install 10.3.1.2072? and for the first day or two only install what you essentially need. Do not install any android apps.

what are your essential apps? For me mine are, Whatsapp, BBM and email accounts, please specify how you added your accounts and get back to us with a screen shot of your device monitor after 24-48 hours.
