did you use Sachesi to update your phone to 10.3.2? sometimes wiping the info removes it from the phone and it can't populate back. Happened to me when I used an autoloader for an OS.
I used a Autoloader. What should I do now?

Go to the hide.me website and login with your credentials. You probably get a "you need to buy a plan " notification.
Click on the free plan and it will be enabled again. Had the same issue. Hide.me disables accounts every now and then

Nope no notifications bro! I don't think there is anything wrong with the account.

I'm on 10.3.2.798 and 12VPN account is working as is the VPN45 one.
So, I would imagine that your issue is not on the OS side.

Yes. Worked before PassportSQW100-1/10.3.2.798

I wonder if there is a fix for it.

I just signed up for hide.me today. It won't let me connect. I run Classic SQC100-4 10.3.2.798. So it must be something in the software update
Greetings all,
Please accept bug:
blackberry.com/jira/browse/BBTEN-3138

I tried connecting to mine today. Connected with no problems. All I did was backed up my phone and wiped and re installed 10.3.2 using an auto installer.

Can someone tell me more about hide.me? What's the thought process there? Provides more privacy?
