I had it on my leaked 10.2.0.1047 and it was a great feature in the camera for taking clear pictures of people.. how come it didn't make it to the official version!
Does anyone have the latest camera.bar that has all the best stable features of the camera for 10.2?
As SirJes said, this is a feature added in 10.2.1.x and not from 10.2.0.x
I don't know what you're talking about pal... It's there in 10.2.0.424 (10.2.01791).

What version are you running on your phone? I'm running Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1791 and I don't have that feature.

Ditto, running the same OS as above without the face focus option in camera. Just to check, if you don't have the face focus option, are you also missing the google/bung etc search option in universal search?

I just updated to the official 10.2 but I was previously using a leaked version. I side loaded the bar file for the camera from 10.2.1 as Sires noted. Not sure why mine remained but the OP's didn't.
