Help! Z10 issues with 10.1.0.4181....I want to roll back !! Protocol Layer Unable to send message!!
I updated my B Z10 to 10.1.0.4181 and i have enterprise account from my company (Lotus Notes and not Outlook). I started getting "Protocol Layer Unable to send message" error for replying to any of the mails. After checking with company IT they asked me to delete Email account and re-activate it. After reactivation actually i see no email account in Hub!! work profile is created, but email account is missing!! After 2 days of daily discussions over phone & sametime, finally guys have just asked me to roll back to previous and dont update the OS to 10.1.0.4181!!!! thats sad.... CAN ANYONE HELP ME??
