    Hey guys,

I did a security wipe with my Z10 a couple weeks ago, ever since then, WhatsApp has been lagging in delivering messages if at all until I open the app itself to look.
Anyone know what's the problem? Any idea on how I can fix this annoying issue?

    Thanks in advance everyone.

Note: I already deleted and uninstalled the app and re-downloaded and installed. Still the same issue.

When you type a message and press enter, what happens? Does one check mark show next to your message?

One check mark next to your message in Whatsapp means the message has been sent to Whatsapp. Two check marks mean that message has been delivered to the recipient's device (you have no control over this one).

Okay, I need to clarify, I mean messages are not being delivered to me. Messages I send are fine

try another security wipe, but don't backup. Also, try a leaked os. Report back with your findings please, just in case it happens to me as well

I have the same problem. I don't know if it's an os problem or a whatsapp problem. However I hope with 10.2 whatsapp will become headless. I think that will solve the problem.

Whatsapp is headless, what version OS are you on???

It's been headless and integrated into the hub for months...

Wait are you running a sideload?

Hey guys, no I'm running Native, I have OS 10.0.10.99 Model: STL100-2

I rather not do another wipe right now if I can avoid it and definitely not a leaked OS, I have the latest update of WhatsApp as far as I know, I know its not a major OS issue I think at least cause notifications on literally EVERYTHING else comes in instantly, just WhatsApp is acting completely ********.

Not sure what happened to make it stop working like before.

There was a thread on here that it can be slow to transmit if you have really huge message streams or a lot of them not sure if it in both directions but I had some long streams going I exported them to email to save them and it worked a whole lot faster, as for the what's app in 10.0 you will need to go to 10.1 if I remember correctly for the headless version to work, might be wrong but pretty sure you need a 10.1 version might as well upgrade to 10.1.0.4633 since that's what most of the tel cos worldwide, except the US, have released today, so it's official
