Hello, everyone! I'm considering switching from Verizon to TMobile and am looking for thoughts / experiences from those of you who have converted.

I understand just about every requirement for receive ETF reimbursement except the device trade-in. The details are not specified about the device being traded in. It just says "When you trade in your phone ".
Is it possible to trade in any old Verizon phone I have lying around?

1) You have to send them the finial bill from your current carrier. Usually those ETF include the unsubsidised cost for your phone, and it will state the device in question, then you can't give them some flip phone if you the ETF from Verizon says it is for an G5.

2) They have a calculator for devices also if you want to trade in a device that isn't part of the EFT.

What device do you currently have? Is it cheaper to get a new/used on via Marketplace, Ebay, Swappa, etc.?

Probably because the Carrier section is not frequented much

So we just throw threads anywhere we want because the section it belongs in isn't frequented? I can see that working real well.
