    I installed the leaked os 10.2 on my q10 and i lost all my data. I have tried every possible way to restore my data but i've failed. I made a backup before updating my os but now i cannot restore. Blackberry link asks me to sign in to the blackberry id on my device but i am already signed in. Also i have tried to transfer contacts from my old bold 2 but it gives some error everytime. Please help me,

    Security wipe your device, uninstall and reinstall BB Link

    Try this: restore settings and media before app data... let us know if it works.

    Hi Kris, I'm a newbie and just upgrading the 407 for stl1 to 1521. The installation was success it's just that afterwards I did a security wipe and when trying to restore I got the same notification as Sahul, it said that I need to sign in to my bb id which I already have. So what should I do? just now the link tells me that there is a new update so I download the upgrade...thanks a lot
