    Hi All,
    After a day of trying to get rid of the 37 Blaq icons showing in my hub I thought after some advise that a factory reset would be the best option. I backed up the BB last night and started the factory reset. I got an icon ( like a memory card or something) and a spinning circle...I thought everything was going fine. After 3.5 hrs I googled and seen that some people had the same issue. I decided to do a battery pull...waited 5 mins or so..inserted the battery again and it just went back to the icons and the spinning circle!
    Does anyone know what to do?

    Just let it go ,do not pull the battery it will stop, it might take a long time.

    Thanks...That is over 4 hours now! ...and I did a battery pull...I take it it will probably be OK ( hopefully)

    I'm hoping , but do not pull the battery in these new devices, sometimes it takes a very long time.

    *UPDATE* I finally gave in and set back to factory settings! It took ages ( over 5 hours) then reloaded from a backup with no problems. I then reinstalled Blaq...which works fine apart from now it is not in the hubb at all!
