Make all settings. I connected to a computer via USB. I took a backup of the phone. But when the phone is rebooted, everything goes back into the past.

Do you mean after the OS install is supposedly done, you still have your original OS and NOT the new .2267?
After doing everything, did you check in setting >About?

WHAT version of the Z10 do you have and which OS did you download?
Maybe you get the blue led when restart?

2 days ago I set up my phone 10.3.1.2267 leaked os with autoloader. I made all my settings. I'm connected to my account.I connect the phone via usb cable. I made backup with BlackBerry Link program.
My problem : battery is running abnormally. turns off the phone each time it is opened, all the settings are reset. like new.applications are disappearing language is changing.
