    Hi,

    I had some trouble with an android app so I tried to reboot my device (BB Classic on latest 10.3.2). The Vodafone branding appeared but then is got stuck. When I hold down the power button a message appears shutting down in 3...2...1... but it still hangs on the logo. Pressing volume up and down for 20 seconds does not work either. The led flashes permanently in red.

    Please help me!

    Try reloading OS using BlackBerry Link or run an autoloader.
