I've got a Z30

I recently recorded some HD concert footage on my handheld Sony Camera and wanted to move a couple songs to my device.
I copied and pasted to my SD card but when trying to play it I get a."this format is not supported" message.
Can anyone help me with this? Are there steps I must take to format it for my device first? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What format is your video's in?
There are a number of programs out there - some are paid apps, some are free.
I've used Handbrake... you might want to look around in the PlayBook forums or do a search for Video Conversion.
BB10 does do a number of additional formats that the PlayBook couldn't, but Sony is known for being incompatible in all they do.
You also want to check the vid AND audio codecs. Just because it has a .Mpg4 extension, one of the codecs could be causing the issue.
I use Aimersoft Video Converter (paid) to convert when I have to. It even has a preset for the Playbook. Handbrake works well, once you have learned the workflow (alot of "options" to pick from), There is also Freemake. But I think Aimersoft converter is the easiest and more user freindly gui.

I need a video converter that will allow me to play back on my son's iPhone IPad, our television, our Blackberries etc. What format will play back on all devices?
Van anyone recommend a good free video converter? Damn Sony! Damn movie won't even play back on my Sony TV!!!
