    Hi all,
    I'm autoload 10.3.0.1052, after restore full backup from 10.3.0.700.
    Error: Android notification cant view infomation, touch and nothing show
    I need BB runtime from .700 because i'm playing BoomBeach game.

    I tried:
    1. Slideload 1052 Android Runtime (sys.android.bar and sys.android.shell.bar)
    >>>error: i cant touch android notification (can delete and mark read)
    2.Backup full 1052, autoload 1052, restore full backup
    >>>error: cant fix
    3. Restore 1052's BB runtime
    >>failed: fixed but no old infomation for BoomBeach
    4. restore only BB runtime .700
    >>>error: touch and nothing show


    Please help me fix this error

    While restoring backup, unchecked BlackBerry runtime from applications data (custom restore). Before restore, do a sec wipe

    Z10 - 10.3 - STL 100-1

    Thanks but i need restore BB runtime.
    because, if i dont restore bb runtime then BoomBeach lost information.

    i need solution for issue

    Are you sure? I haven't tried BUT when backing up, I noticed flipp (an android app) was as 800mb - must have included the app data.

    Does boombeach sync with any online services? Like facebook?
    I made a dummy Facebook account just to save my game progress between fresh installs

    i'm sure. it must to have BB runtime.
    Boombeach sync with google play service, not FB.
    With BB runtime data, game started with full information.

    i have 2 backup version, i tried:
    - restore bb runtime 1052 only>>>lost information
    - restore bb runtime 700 only>>>old information
