soo i tried loading this version of 10.2 :( https://mega.co.nz/#!bAo0kYbD!a9VrHA...apeRmikLklFFfg )on my z10 stl100-4 but when it finished, this came on the screen : www.bberror.com/bb 10-0004 !! also my computer doesnt seem to recognized my phone so i cant restore the back up :( what should i do ??????

If that's what I think it is, then it's actually the Q10 file.
Try running this autoloader, it's the STL100-4 radio for this release. It shouldn't wipe anything, it's just a radio autoloader.

Your computer has got to recognize the phone for you to be able to do anything.
I'd try to pull the battery for a few min.
Reinstall link (be sure to save your backup.Bbb files.) or try Link on another computer.
Edit: nevermind... actually I'd suggest the above recommendations first.

The Q10 .1055 leak is the right file for his device. What he should have done was also download the appropriate radio autoloader file for his device. i did this with the STL 2. As soon as the error appears I ran the radio file auto loader, took a while for it to run, but it did and all was well, other than not being able to make calls.
The file in the first post is mislabeled 1791, anyway.
Unless he doesn't want phone calls, then he can go ahead and load 1055.

Yes, for me I prefer only media n setting though. I never do FULL Restore. Apps will be gone though.
Well, you can always try full restore if you dont want to reinstall your apps. If anything happend you can always do WIPE.
