I upgrade from 10.2.1 to the 10.3.1 but after restoring my backed up data I couldn't find any of my numerous remember note. Please help me I really need them
There is a flaw in restauring remember... I think you have to back-up and restore "with the settings"... Else, I fear they could be gone :-(
A better way to save the Remember notes/tasks is by using FireChest-BackUp (or BackUp-Pro)...
It can't help now, may be, but for the future?
BlackBerry|Q10, SQN100-3, OS 10.2.1.2941; BlackBerry|Passport, SQW100-1, OS 10.3.0.675
I do have a similar problem.
All task and notes folder ins Remember are messed up. They're either not showing but at least I do see them on a task or note detail.
At least I have all tasks and notes show up in the "All tasks/notes" folder, but overall Remember has become a PITA to use.
I think the problem is I did have some folders containing tasks and notes before upgrading from 10.2.1.x to 10.3.0.x.
Exactly those folders are making trouble now... all Evernote synced notes folders are perfectly fine.
I already did a couple of backup/restore loops... did not help a single bit...
I had the same issue, only fix for me was to use Fire Chest Backup to save them on 10.2 and restore them with same on 10.3.

Thanks for the hint, but since backup/restore process takes ages (literally) ... I just don't have the time to downgrade and start all the magic again.
Lets just hope BB is aware of the issue...
Is there any way to "reset" Remember data?

I don't believe so, on BBOS we used to be able to delete databases but this option doesn't seem to exist in link.
What can I do. I really need the information on the remember Notes

Unfortunately, restoring back to 10.2, backing up your noted with fire chest backup, then restoring them with same on 10.3 (without restoring settings!!!) is the only answer that I know works.
