    Hi Team,

After using a SanDisk Extreme 64GB solely in exFAT mode for months on 10.3.0 and 10.3.1, one day the media card would not be mounted. Windows 8.1 also had issues mounting.

After reading various threads here, I used Windows to scan and fix the volume. Now, I see some pics and all music but no videos.

In Windows, the entire folder contents amount to around 700MB. The Windows drive summary shows over 20GB of data. BB10 shows around 16GB stored as "Other" media.

How can I re-access these files in either Windows or BB10 to save them? Any assistance is much appreciated.
