I recently set up Hide.me VPN on my Z30 and Passport. My settings are the same on both devices.

Gateway: Microsoft IKEv2 VPN Server
Authentication: EAP-MSCHAP v2 and Fully Qualified Domain Name
Gateway CA Certificate: All CA Certificates
Automatically determine IP, DNS, and algorithm

I have Auto-Connect set over mobile and Wi-Fi with Power Optimization off.

I am using the recommended settings per Hide.me. The problem is my devices are not staying connected to the VPN. The connection seems slightly more stable on the Passport. My Z30 switches from Wi-Fi to mobile even when I am using my home Wi-Fi. I have also noticed the connection dropping on my Surface 3. I have tried switching to servers in other regions.

Is there more I can do with the settings? Anyone else using Hide.me and having better results?

It looks like my settings match your settings except the Automatic VPN Connections.

I can't say if they support all BB devices. They do support Z10 and Playbook.
