    I bought an app last year and refunded it because it was crashing. I saw it was updated and all reports of crashing is gone. I tried to rebuy it but I get an error 'you already own this app'. I try to press download and I get an error 'you must purchase this app'. I contacted the dev and he gave me a free code. I try to redeem and same error. ' you already own this app'.

    Does anyone have any ideas? How do I contact bb world support?

    Did you by chance download it on a different phone with a different BBW sign in or try refreshing BBW.

     Passport SQW100-1/ 10.3.1.2876, Q10 SQN100-5/10.3.1.2576, Classic SQC100-4/ 10.3.3.2205 
