Hello, i really need help, i had a android runtime update right now i rebooted my phone like it said but now no apps open, is there a bar file of android runtime i can install so my apps will open?? OS 10.2.1.2141 Blackberry Q5 - NEEED HELP NOW PLEASE.

Try to reinstall your android apps. Looks like this sometimes happens.

These were apps from bb app world that wouldnt open after i did the update, i rebooted twice, deleted apps and reinstalled nothing works like skype from bb app world?

Then try to reload the android runtime. You can select it in sachesi or wait for jaydees.

Okay so i tried it myself to see if i could do it, i got the files 2 right for android runtime? Anyway i installed them, Skype app now opens but i get a message every few secs 'unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped' this stops me getting any further, what can fix this?

I am having the exact same problem after installing Rogers update 10.2.1.537, using Sachesi, on my Verizon Q10. I previously tried the Vodafone update 10.2.1.2102, with no luck. Kept getting the processing screen. I attempted to load a few android bar files with no luck. The Rogers leak opens the android apps (downloaded from Snap) and then the "unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped" pops up. It continues to flash every 4-5 secs. Any help locating this magical .bar file would be much appreciated : )

This is the first time I encountered this problem. I encountered it after downgrading from .2197 to .1925 (as .2197 had greater battery drain) using autoloader and security wipe. After dowloading several android apps using Snap via "Available" (i.e. ones I had installed before), I would encounter the "android.process.acore has stopped working" error message, repeatedly, with any android app.

Note, I had used .1925 with various Z10 devices and never encountered this error before.

Any insights?
